IDA 2023 Reading, Literacy & Learning Conference

Welcome to the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) 2023 Annual Reading, Literacy & Learning Conference scheduled to held in the beautiful Columbus, OH as a in-person event with on-demand recordings.

DyslexiaCon 23 will be hosted in person October 12-14 and on IDA TV as on-demand recordings October 23, 2023.    The 3-day Conference will feature the General Opening Session and Symposia from 8 am (EST) to 6 pm (EST) each day with dedicated hours for the IDA Exhibit Hall. Throughout the conference, there will be unlimited opportunities to deepen your knowledge of structured literacy, reading instruction, research, and advocacy.

The IDA Virtual On-Demand Recordings will provide attendees access to recorded:  General Sessions and Symposia,  Signature Welcome bag, Continuing Education Credits ( based on session attendance and evaluation) and Certificates of Attendances (based on session attendance and evaluation).

ASHA CEU Credits
The International Dyslexia Association is approved by the Continuing Education Board of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) to provide continuing education activities in speech-language pathology and audiology. Details regarding the number of approved ASHA CEUs will be available in the Conference Program Book in August 2023.

Independent School Network Symposium Luncheon
The heads and lead administrators of independent schools for children with learning differences are invited to attend an interactive luncheon.  This luncheon is designed to facilitate small-group, collegial discussion on topics of common concern, a sharing of ideas and experiences, and the identification of opportunities to collaborate with one another. Specifically, this session includes two roundtable discussion sessions (45 minutes each) where administrators can talk with peers about common interests and one to three short talks (15 minutes each) on topics related to learning differences.
